And BAH!  That poem…yikes.  I am certainly no poet, and you can tell by the lack of ‘rhythm’ in that little snippet of crap.  I WANTED TO MAKE IT START OFF MYSTERIOUS, OKAY?!

Moving on, the lesson to be learned in all of this: “Being proactive and reaching out to the public is a great way to increase your odds of meeting the one meant for you, and therefore decreasing the time you have to wait to meet your other half.”  …But that’s a long message, so here’s a shorter lesson: “Split-second decisions can have a profound effect on your life.”  Either or works with this story.  However, I must admit that these are things I should really practice instead of preach.  LAWLZ.  The internet is too much fun though.

Anyway, I hope this was to everyone’s liking.  I wanted to make it original because I know I’ve seen a fair amount of these ‘countdown to meeting your soulmate’ stories floating around the internet, so this is most certainly not the first of its kind.  I’m not sure if anyone else has tried to explain a situation where the timer skips ahead without warning…so…I tried that…because you guys know how I just love being different.

This story is just one part of a giant collaboration amongst several ‘HetaliaxReader’ authors here on DeviantART.  The original idea of the collaboration came from who wrote up an introduction for this project and invited separate artists to write their own continuations/renditions of ‘Tinatangi Countdown’ for various other Hetalia characters.  She asked if I would like to be a part of it, and I was more than happy to participate…despite the long wait for my part. Hahahaha, whoops.  I had to study for the GRE, so I’m sorry.  But my part is here now!  Yay Canada!  Have a moose.
